Great North Hardscape is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused General Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong administrative skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist the sales and management teams, and help ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment.

- Experience with Sage Accounting and BisTrack ERP Software (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Candidates will be expected to work independently in Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced office environment and meet deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative to get the job done
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk and showroom support, assist visitors, manage phone and email inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including order processing, quotes & account support
- Support inside sales, management, and administrative operations
- Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks in Sage & BisTrack software (invoicing, A/R, credit checks, collections)
- Manage mail, courier shipments, bank deposits, and parcel drop-offs (occasional lifting required)
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and filing systems – must have strong Excel experience including use of formulas, working in/building spreadsheets, organizing data
- Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory control
- Scheduling meetings as needed
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office and showroom environment
- Participate in improving office policies and procedures
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
