Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and client inquiries
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques for men and women, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Effective upselling skills to recommend retail products and additional services confidently
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
- Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar environment is preferred
- Front desk experience is a plus for managing appointments and client flow
