Position Summary
Reporting to the Manufacturing Foreman, the General Labourer supports our manufacturing team by performing a variety of production, material handling, and housekeeping duties while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Schedule
Day Shift
Monday to Friday
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Compensation
Starting Wage: $21.00 per hour
Additional compensation opportunities include overtime and applicable shift premiums.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties in a manufacturing environment
- Assist with production and assembly operations
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Support other departments as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Team player
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Forklift certification or experience is an asset
- Experience using hand or power tools
- Lean Manufacturing experience is an asset
