We are seeking an experienced Executive Associate to support management with research, professional writing, organization, and special projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, thinks clearly, and can bring order to complex information and competing priorities. The successful candidate will work independently and exercise sound judgment when instructions or information are incomplete.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research, assess the reliability of information, and present clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, summaries, presentations, and internal documents.
- Organize projects, records, documents, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Support management with planning, analysis, and special projects.
- Monitor deadlines and commitments and ensure important matters are completed.
- Review information for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential problems.
- Use online resources and modern research tools, including AI, with appropriate judgment and independent verification.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least five years of relevant experience in executive support, administration, research, professional writing, project coordination, business operations, or a comparable role.
- Excellent professional writing, editing, and summarizing skills.
- Strong research, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to evaluate information critically and distinguish reliable evidence from unsupported claims.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and follow through without repeated reminders.
- Clear, professional communication and discretion when handling confidential information.
Relevant experience may come from any industry. We are most interested in the quality of your work, the responsibility you have handled, and your ability to think, write, organize, and follow through.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
