CanWest Concrete Cutting & Coring is looking for an Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our growing team in the Leduc/Edmonton area.
Please note: Applicants must have experience in the concrete cutting and coring industry. Knowledge of concrete saws, demolition, and safe cutting opperations will help gurantee your sucess in this role. We will train an experienced concrete cutter or foreman who wants to move into management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and quotes for commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Visit job sites and meet with customers to discuss project requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Ensure invoicing and project paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the operations team to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- 1–2 years of project management experience
- 1-2 years experience with concrete demolition
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience using Bluebeam Revu is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other standard Office applications
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
