We are a no-tipping resort. Split shifts required. Hotel room is located in same building, our resort is beside Lake Huron on the Bruce Peninsula. We are 2.5 hours from Toronto by car in a remote area (not a city, we are a forest resort).
We will arrange for yyz pickup at start/end of season if required and can arrange for rides to town if needed. During breakfast your responsibilities are to tray & cook bacon, cook sausage, cut, boil, & fry potatoes, prepare shakshuka, scramble & cook eggs, cut & present fruit, clean & dish.
Breakfast is buffet, you are supported by a FOH team member. 50 covers at peak
In the evenings our team has between 2 & 3 cooks to prepare + execute a prix fixe menu for 50 covers along with room service meals for guests. Your primary job will be to assist in preparing flatbreads, apps, salads, desserts, along with offering any assistance possible during dinner service & dishes.
Interviews will happen immediately (July 8th to 10th) via phone or facetime. We will be posting a FOH position (Spit shifts, breakfast + checkins + serving) as well, open to a pair at a reduced lodging cost.
Pay: $1,100.00 per week
