We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to students of various ages and backgrounds through virtual platforms. Duties
- Conduct online English lessons tailored to individual student needs and proficiency levels
- Develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials that promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and respectful virtual classroom environment
- Utilize various teaching tools and technology to enhance the learning experience
- Communicate regularly with students and parents (if applicable) regarding progress and goals
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and performance
Experience
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially in English language instruction
- Experience working with children or in classroom environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
