We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding service experience by coordinating repair requests, communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly service throughout the repair process.
- Receive, assess, and coordinate customer repair requests, ensuring all required information is accurately documented.
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians to maximize shop efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
- Prepare repair estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer authorization before work begins.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and provide customers with timely updates on repair status, completion times, and any additional work required.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts suppliers, and external vendors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Process warranty, membership, and repair claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate repair records, customer files, invoices, and administrative documentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and general administrative duties related to service operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management regarding service performance, repair status, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Consultant, or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, vehicle maintenance, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using dealership management systems (DMS), repair management software, and other computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and management.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in Automotive Service, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience with warranty claims, automotive appearance protection products, or dealership service operations is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
