Kozak Ukrainian Eatery is hiring a full-time Night Delivery Driver for our East Vancouver commissary kitchen.
You will load freshly prepared products, deliver them to our restaurant locations overnight and ensure every order is delivered accurately, safely and on schedule.
Previous commercial driving experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, who works independently and takes pride in safe driving.
Training on our delivery procedures and routes will be provided.
Schedule and Availability
Full availability is required.
Typical shift:
- 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.
- Weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays as required
Applicants must be able to regularly work overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products safely
- Deliver orders accurately and on schedule
- Follow assigned delivery routes
- Secure products during transportation
- Complete delivery records when required
- Report vehicle or delivery issues promptly
- Assist with other warehouse or delivery duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions within the past five years
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb, with reasonable accommodation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Full availability for overnight shifts
Previous delivery experience is an asset, but is not required.
