As an independent chair renter, you'll enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule, manage your own clients, and build your personal brand while working alongside a supportive team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hair cutting, colouring, styling, and other professional hair services.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized consultations and exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while growing your own clientele.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
- Recommend and retail professional hair care products when appropriate.
- Manage your own appointments, bookings, and daily schedule.
- Contribute to a welcoming, positive, and luxury salon atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Licensed hairstylist with professional salon experience.
- Existing clientele is preferred but not required.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and current hair trends.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow your own business.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Active on social media and comfortable marketing your services is an asset.
