We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run a busy, high-energy restaurant, inspire a talented team, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
What You’ll Do
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, balancing exceptional service, team leadership, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will:
Operations & Guest Experience
- Lead a high-volume restaurant, ensuring smooth service even during peak tourist seasons.
- Maintain the highest standards in food, beverage, and hospitality.
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate team, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet high demand while maintaining morale.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to maximize team performance.
Financial & Strategic Management
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to achieve profitability goals.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to increase revenue and control expenses.
- Collaborate with ownership on marketing, promotions, and community engagement to drive repeat business.
