Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols for different areas, including waste disposal and sanitation procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and report any repairs or issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism by adhering to safety guidelines and confidentiality policies
- Complete cleaning checklists and shift reports accurately to document completed tasks
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper safety procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring a safe environment
