We are currently seeking a Mall Administrator for Park Lane Mall, located on Spring Garden Road.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet tenants and guests, assisting them in finding their destination.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Dispense mail, deliveries, and packages; take rental payments.
Log maintenance requests promptly and accurately.
Record incidents and respond to tenant and guest requests.
Manage inventory and create purchase orders.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred experience with Yardi software.
Proven experience in commercial administration or coordination.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Trustworthy and responsible for handling payments, issuing purchase orders and receiving checks.
Proficient in Microsfot365, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
