Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Take orders from customers, process payments using the POS system, and manage cash handling accurately.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions about drink selections, and making recommendations.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong math skills for managing transactions and providing accurate change.
Familiarity with cashiering practices and POS systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
