New technicians complete a paid on-boarding/trial period before receiving the company vehicle and full compensation package — we'll walk you through the details on your first call.
What You'll Actually Do
- Diagnose Visit homeowners with scheduled service calls. Identify what's wrong — fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens. Educate the customer in plain language and present all available options.
- Repair Fix it. Replace components, test the fix, make sure it works. Be upfront with the customer about all possible outcomes. Provide maintenance tips so they get more life out of their appliances.
- Sell & Serve Present options. Let the customer decide. Build trust that brings them back and sends their neighbors your way. Collect payment and document the job.

- Physical, hands-on work isn't for you.
What We Require
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in residential environments
- Comfortable with smartphone apps, scheduling software, and digital tools
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Criminal background check required
Appliance experience is an asset — not a requirement. We hire for attitude and aptitude first.

Compensation Range: $55,000 – $80,000/year
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
