What You'll Do
As an Experienced Parts Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our Parts Department by:
Assisting retail, wholesale and internal customers with parts inquiries.
Supplying technicians and service advisors with the correct parts in a timely manner.
Ordering OEM and aftermarket parts while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Receiving, inspecting and stocking incoming inventory.
Processing returns, warranty parts and core returns.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and bin locations.
Participating in inventory counts and helping maintain inventory accuracy.
Keeping the Parts Department clean, organized and operating efficiently.
Working closely with the Service Department to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction.
Following dealership policies, manufacturer standards and Ontario health and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience is required.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and cataloguing systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with dealership management systems (PBS experience is considered an asset).
Ability to lift and move automotive parts as required.
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards experience and performance.
Compensation includes:
$60,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
