Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, dissolution, and physical testing methods in accordance with approved procedures and SOPs
- Execute method validation and method development activities to support laboratory operations and product development
- Accurately document all testing and experimental data following ALCOA data integrity principles
- Utilize laboratory systems including Empower, LIMS, NuGenesis, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and resolve routine system suitability issues
- Support research and development initiatives, including excipient compatibility studies (ECS)
- Identify, investigate, and report Out of Specification (OOS) or unexpected results
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards
- Contribute to laboratory organization, safety initiatives, and 5S programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality, regulatory, and operational objectives
- Participate in rotating shifts as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

Previous laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or regulated environment

Hands-on experience with HPLC, chromatography, dissolution testing, and laboratory instrumentation

Knowledge of GMP, data integrity requirements, and pharmaceutical quality systems

Experience with laboratory software such as Empower, LIMS, or NuGenesis considered an asset

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
