Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and automated industrial equipment to ensure continuous production.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving conveyors, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow and enforce all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations.
What You Bring:
- Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License (preferred) or strong hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Proven troubleshooting, mechanical, and diagnostic skills with various industrial machinery.
- Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
