Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating folder gluer equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the folder gluer machine while ensuring production quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. This is a role suited for someone who can take ownership of the machine, support crew members, troubleshoot issues, and help keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor folder gluer equipment. Review job specifications, work orders, layouts, and production requirements before each run. Perform machine adjustments for accurate folding, gluing, printing, slotting, and stacking. Ensure finished product meets quality standards, customer specifications, and production targets. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical or print-related issues during production. Lead by example on the production floor and support machine crew members when needed. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the run, including print registration, glue application, board alignment, and finished carton accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications
2–5 years of experience operating a folder gluer or similar packaging equipment. Strong understanding of folding, gluing, printing, and converting processes. Ability to read and follow work orders, production specs, and measurements accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Comfortable working either day shift or afternoon shift.
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
