We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Content Team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This is a hands-on execution role that supports day-to-day marketing operations across content, social media, online reviews and lead management, campaigns, and partnerships. You will work closely with the marketing content team of professionals and collaborate across the Content, Digital, Partnerships, and Store teams to help deliver consistent, high-quality marketing output across all brands.

You will be joining a lean, highly collaborative content team that moves quickly and takes pride in producing high-quality work across a national portfolio of brands. The Sr. Content Manager will be your primary point of contact and will provide strategic direction, priorities, and campaign briefs. Day-to-day coordination and execution is yours to own.
You will work alongside Designers, Content Creators/Producers, and collaborate regularly with the LOB leaders, Partnerships and Digital teams.
Role Objectives
- Support consistent and efficient execution of marketing content, campaigns, and activations across all StorageVault brands
- Contribute to the coordination of social media, partnership deliverables, and content calendars
- Assist with online reviews and leads through an automated platform management tool
- Help maintain file organization, trackers, reporting documents, and content operations tools
- Provide coordination support to the Sr. Content Manager and broader Content Team
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Digital, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
- Support coordination of marketing deliverables for brand activations and campaigns
- Assist with contest, promotion, and giveaway logistics and execution
- Help maintain the partnership calendar and Marketing Lead Generation Calendar
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are tracked and executed on time
Social Media Coordination
- Assist with maintaining social media content calendars across brands and platforms
- Support scheduling and publishing of approved content using Sprout Social
- Write and edit captions, copy, and social content aligned with each brand’s voice
- Repurpose and adapt content across multiple platforms and brands
- Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing
- Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and brand mentions; respond in a brand-appropriate manner
- Using an automated tool, respond to customer leads and reviews across multiple defined platforms for all brands and locations
- Maintain consistent, brand-appropriate tone and response standards across platforms
- Flag escalations or sensitive reviews/comments as required
- Track leads, review volume and sentiment trends as part of regular reporting
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and update marketing trackers, content logs, and reporting documents
- Support monthly reporting and performance summaries for the Sr. Content Manager
- Help coordinate weekly content deployment including articles, metadata setup, and publishing
- Assist with intake management for marketing requests and internal briefs
- Support general administrative needs of the Content Team as required
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills — able to adapt tone across multiple brands and channels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience using social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar) for various social media channels
- Experience responding to online leads and reviews using automated tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance reporting is an asset
- Experience in a multi-brand, agency, retail, or fast-paced marketing environment is an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
