About the Opportunity We’re seeking a detail‑driven, forward‑thinking Co- Controller to join our finance team and play a key role in strengthening our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

Support the Controller in managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, month‑end and year‑end close, and financial reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses
Initial assistance with and eventual responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for various corporations
Oversee payroll, fixed asset processes and provide assistance with A/R and A/P activity
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead or support process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
Mentor and support accounting staff as needed
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and accounting systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment and having multi-currency experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
