Total Sanitation Services is a route-based provider of portable sanitation rental equipment and related services. We are currently pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions of leading portable sanitation providers throughout North America. About the Role
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing service schedules, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our customers and drivers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to company standards. This role is perfect for someone who quickly understands business operations, is passionate about customer service, and can keep track of all the details.

Responsibilities

Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch drivers for deliveries, services, and pickups.
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to address service needs, delays, or changes.
Monitor routes and ensure timely completion of daily assignments.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain accurate service records and dispatch documentation.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly.
Support drivers with problem-solving and provide updates as needed.
Work with urgency to meet the demands of a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of high-volume dispatching, logistics experience.
Logistics and routing skills are considered an asset.
Experience handling high volume scheduling is a plus.
Solid operational and field level awareness.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
High level of data accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
Proficiency in dispatching or scheduling software is an asset.
Team-oriented with a proactive, “type-A” personality who thrives in a high-pressure environment.

Job Type: Contract (9 months)
Work Location: Fully Onsite
Pay: $20 - $30 per hour
