Job Summary
Join our growing team! We are looking for a Restaurant Manager!

As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:

Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
Manage inventory and ordering

Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Manage daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store layout.
Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor payroll and budgeting to ensure financial objectives are met.
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and store operations.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to influence others.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees.
Proficient in payroll management and budgeting practices.
Knowledge of merchandising techniques to optimize product displays.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer engagement.
Proven experience in retail sales, pricing strategies, and sales management.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong cash handling skills.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
