Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, ON, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for Hamoudi’s Shawarma. This role oversees brand positioning, campaign development, and promotional initiatives across all locations and channels, including digital, social media, and local community marketing. The Marketing Director will analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to inform marketing plans and support franchising and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing calendars, managing budgets, coordinating with operations and franchise partners, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to drive sales, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen the brand’s presence in existing and new markets.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Managing marketing team consisting of content creator, community manager, graphic designer etc.
Demonstrated experience in Marketing Management, including budgeting, team leadership, and performance tracking.
Strong Market Research skills to analyze customer insights, competitive landscape, and local market opportunities.
Background in Marketing and Sales to drive traffic, increase revenue, and support franchising initiatives.
Experience in restaurant, foodservice, or retail marketing is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
