Description complète du poste

We are looking for hard working individuals to join our team for full time front of house and baker shifts. Successful candidates must be reliable and able to multitask. As a team member your top priority is guest satisfaction. Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or you are producing quality finished bakery items that our guests have come to enjoy and love. You will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences. Your energy and passion for guest service are what makes you a top team member in this fast-paced environment, while your ability to multi-task and communicate with your fellow team members will contribute to your success.

Shift's vary as this location is 24 hours. Must be available for early morning shifts, as early as 4:00am.

What to expect in your role as a team member:

Take orders from guests with exceptional hospitality through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.
Prepare different types of beverages according to standards including marking lids and pots.
Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches following proper builds as well as maintaining food safety standards.
Operate ovens/egg cookers and prepare baked products as assigned such as muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, etc.
Ensure all showcase specifications are met.

Cleaning of the production area and back of the house area on a daily basis.

Maintaining a clean Restaurant interior, exterior, parking lot, dining room and restrooms.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment each shift.
Maintains Speed of Service by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet Guests needs.
Promptly executes service recovery for any Guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the Guest.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
