Job Summary:
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of daily operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. The position oversees staffing, resource management, and clinical performance, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development. This leader also plays a key role in advancing evidence-based practice, supporting strategic goals, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
The Clinical Manager collaborates with Physicians, Directors, Managers, Team Leads, and other staff members to ensure teamwork, achievement of the targeted outcomes, and the effective and efficient use of the resources within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the direction of all patient care and flow within the nursing units of the hospital to ensure effective communication between interdisciplinary teams;
- Collaboration with leadership, managers, physicians, team leads and team members to ensure effective coordination of efforts for optimal patient care;
- Contributes to quality improvement, including IPAC strategies on the weekends and holidays across all hospital programs;
- Supports the planning, education, and integration of Externs; and
- Provides direction and guidance to manage issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related field (e.g., Nursing); Master’s degree preferred.
- Five (5) years recent related experience include three (3) years relevant clinical experience and two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are required or willingness to obtain
- Certification in Perioperative Nursing preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office, patient data bases and scheduling software.

Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, although hours may vary depending on the needs of the business.
