For Red Seal Technicians:

Hourly Wage: Up to $37 per hour with a Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.

Income Guarantee: Biweekly minimum guarantee

Performance Incentive Program:

Every hour you work = $$$ banked in your Personal Incentive Bank

For Apprentice Technicians:

Our goal is simple:   Turn motivated apprentices into confident Red Seal pros.

Hourly Wage:  Up to $30.75 per hour

Sigma’s Road to Red Seal Program puts YOU in the driver’s seat:

Level Bonuses- Earn Cash Bonuses for every successful level you complete. AND Score a Red Seal Certification Bonus of $1000 when you hit the finish line.
