We specialize in innovative and luxurious kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, office and home furniture, radiator covers, and other high-quality metal and wood fabrications.

Our finishing department is at the heart of what we do. Spray painting and finishing are essential to transforming our products into refined, durable, and beautiful pieces. From sleek modern cabinetry to custom furniture and metalwork, our spray painters ensure that every product leaves our shop with the highest level of quality and detail.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Spray Painter / Finisher to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional spray painting and finishing on cabinets, furniture, and metal fabrications, ensuring smooth and flawless results.
Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming to achieve superior paint adhesion and finish.
Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and coatings according to specifications.
Inspect and maintain spray equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
Collaborate with designers and cabinetmakers to refine finishes and achieve client expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized spray booth and finishing area, following all health and safety requirements.
Apply detailed craftsmanship to achieve consistent color, texture, and finish across projects.
Contribute to cabinet assembly, installation and other adjustments when required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a spray painter/finisher (wood and/or metal).
Strong knowledge of spray techniques, finishing materials, and paint systems.
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (lifting, bending, long hours on your feet).
Cabinetmaking or woodworking experience (5+ years preferred) is an asset.
Detail-oriented and creative with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
