About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Programmer / Software Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to join a large-scale technology environment supporting business-critical applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, Azure and DevOps, while collaborating with business analysts, project managers, testers, security specialists and other technical teams.
The successful candidate will contribute to both new development and the ongoing enhancement, troubleshooting, security and maintenance of enterprise applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps and Power Pages.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design and development through testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Develop solutions for new initiatives as well as enhancements to existing applications.
- Respond to change requests and implement application improvements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.
- Analyze and correct software defects and production issues.
- Test solutions and implement fixes identified through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Review deployment packages and resolve issues prior to release.
- Support application releases across multiple environments.
- Work with Microsoft and other third-party technology providers when required.
- Participate in data migration activities, including migration from on-premises environments to cloud-based solutions.
- Support application security improvements, environment hardening and operational stability.
- Provide technical guidance, recommendations and development estimates.
- Work within an Agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Use Azure DevOps for work tracking, development activities, ticket management and reporting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including application specifications, technical designs, process documentation and operating instructions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, business analysts, project managers, security teams and other stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong recent experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Significant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and/or Power Pages.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, debugging and resolving complex application issues.
- Experience selecting, evaluating and incorporating software technologies and tools into enterprise solutions.
- Experience working in a large-scale enterprise technology environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with software testing, defect resolution and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable DevOps/work-management platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Azure-hosted Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience supporting cloud adoption or modernization initiatives.
- Experience migrating applications or data from on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Experience with enterprise CRM implementations.
