Coastline Property Service – Comox Valley, BC
$20–$30 per hour | Full-Time | Paid Training
Coastline Property Service is hiring dependable, hard-working people to join our exterior cleaning crews for the busy fall season.
Our crews provide pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, soft washing, and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties throughout the Comox Valley.
No previous exterior cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training.
IMPORTANT: You Must Be Comfortable With Heights
A significant part of our fall work involves gutter and roof cleaning, so applicants must be comfortable working at heights, using ladders, and working on residential roofs. You do not need previous roofing or exterior cleaning experience, but you cannot be afraid of heights.
What You'll Be Doing Depending on the day's jobs, your work may include:
- Pressure washing driveways, concrete, siding, and other exterior surfaces
- Gutter cleaning,
- Roof cleaning and moss removal
- Applying roof treatments
- Soft washing homes and buildings
- Exterior window cleaning
- Setting up pressure washing and cleaning equipment
- Ladder work and working safely on roofs
- Job-site setup and cleanup
You'll work at different properties throughout the Comox Valley, so the job stays active and varied.

- Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors

- Professional around customers and their properties
- Able to follow safety procedures and instructions Interested in learning new equipment and skills
- Able to work well as part of a crew
A valid driver's license is strongly preferred. Employees who can safely drive company vehicles have greater opportunities for advancement and higher-paying positions.
Experience Experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid training in:
- Pressure washing equipment and techniques
- Gutter and roof cleaning
- Soft washing
- Ladder and job-site safety
- Equipment setup and operation
- Professional residential and commercial cleaning standards
Experience in pressure washing, roofing, construction, landscaping, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, painting, or other outdoor trades is an asset.
Pay $20–$30/hour depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities.
$20/hr – Entry-level / training
$25+/hr – Employees able to drive company vehicles and take on additional responsibilities Up to $30/hr – Experienced technicians and higher-responsibility positions
