1. Ingredient Preparation & Scaling
Position: Ingredient Measuring / Scaling Operator
Category: Production Preparation
Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to established recipes and production sheets.
- Prepare ingredients for mixing and ensure all required ingredients are available before production begins.
- Operate scales and measuring equipment safely and accurately.
- Check ingredients for quality, freshness, and proper storage.
- Label and organize measured ingredients for production.
- Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-control procedures.
- Keep the ingredient preparation area clean and organized.
- Repeatedly lift and handle bags or containers weighing up to 50 lb throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements:

2. Mixing
Position: Mixer Operator
Category: Dough Production
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mixers according to production specifications.
- Add ingredients in the correct order and quantities.
- Monitor mixing times, dough consistency, temperature, and development.
- Make approved adjustments to the mixing process when required.
- Transfer finished dough safely to the next stage of production.
- Clean and sanitize mixers, utensils, and work areas.
- Identify and report equipment problems or unusual dough conditions.
- Follow production schedules and maintain consistent product quality.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

3. Bread Machine / Dough Processing
Position: Bread Machine Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate bread-making and dough-processing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load dough and materials into equipment according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine settings, speeds, and operating conditions.
- Ensure dough is processed consistently and meets product specifications.
- Make approved adjustments to equipment when necessary.
- Monitor production for defects, irregularities, or equipment issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machinery.

- Place dough accurately into pans, trays, or other baking forms.
- Ensure consistent product size, weight, shape, and appearance.
- Prepare pans and trays for production.
- Monitor dough condition during shaping and panning.
- Arrange products correctly for proofing and baking.
- Remove or identify products that do not meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized production station.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-control procedures.

- Adjust oven settings as required within established production guidelines.

- Ensure products are baked consistently from batch to batch.

Responsibilities:
- Package finished bakery products according to company standards.
- Inspect products for quality before packaging.
- Ensure correct product, packaging, quantity, and labeling.
- Operate packaging equipment safely where applicable.
- Apply labels, production codes, dates, and other required information accurately.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain proper product rotation using FIFO procedures.
- Prepare packaged products for storage, distribution, or shipment.
- Keep packaging materials organized and the work area clean.

- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Work Schedule & Availability
- Bakery production and operations run between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Employees may be scheduled for early morning, daytime, or evening shifts depending on production requirements.
