Madrona Integrative Health is looking for a chiropractor to join our new multidisciplinary clinic in Crofton, an oceanside town in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. You will have access to a beautiful, newly renovated clinic, a new Elite drop table chiropractic table, a dedicated rehabilitation gym, comprehensive administrative support and a supportive, healthy working environment with a collaborative team.

Madrona began on Salt Spring Island, where we have built a busy and well-established multidisciplinary clinic. Crofton is our second location, bringing the experience, systems and values we have developed over our first five years into a new community.

This is an opportunity to build a general chiropractic practice or develop a particular clinical focus, serving patients from Crofton and the broader Cowichan Valley. The successful practitioner may also receive referrals from Dr. Kate Schertzer, an established Madrona chiropractor with strong patient demand.

Madrona Integrative Health is a multidisciplinary healing centre offering patient-centred, individualized, whole-person care. Our team includes physiotherapists, personal trainers, registered massage therapists, counsellors, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, a medical doctor, nurses and a holistic nutritionist. Our naturopathic doctors offer a variety of treatment specialized modalities including, prescriptive authority, IV and injection therapy (prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy, neural therapy, ozone therapy) and more that can be very complimentary to your care. Together, our work spans the physical, mental and emotional aspects of health and brings conventional and complementary perspectives together in one clinic.

Who We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from a chiropractor who:

Provides patient-centred, evidence-informed and individualized care
Takes an empowering approach that helps patients understand their health and participate actively in their care
Is committed to excellent clinical care and a warm, thoughtful patient experience
Values working alongside practitioners from other healthcare disciplines
Communicates clearly, follows through on commitments and contributes positively to the broader team
Is entrepreneurial and motivated to build and care for their own practice within a well-supported clinic
Can commit to a regular schedule of at least two days per week
Is registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, or will be eligible for registration before beginning practice
