We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-moving environment where every day is different. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is the operational hub of our Service team, requiring someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized under pressure, and keeping multiple priorities moving without dropping the ball.
You will support the entire service process from the first customer call through scheduling, technician dispatch, quote preparation, parts ordering, invoicing, and customer follow-up. You'll work closely with customers and Field Service Technicians to understand equipment issues, ask the right questions, coordinate the right resources, and keep everyone informed throughout the process.
Success in this role comes from being naturally curious, highly organized, and energized by a full workload. You'll quickly learn the fundamentals of our industrial equipment so you can confidently gather information, troubleshoot with customers over the phone, and help technicians arrive prepared to solve the problem.

Key Accountabilities:
· Own the day-to-day coordination of field service operations, ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality support from initial request through job completion.
· Coordinate and optimize Field Service Technician schedules, adjusting priorities throughout the day to respond to changing customer needs and emergencies.
· Gather the right information from customers, assess service needs, and communicate clear, accurate work requirements to technicians.
· Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering responsive, professional service and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
· Prepare repair quotations, obtain customer approvals, and ensure work progresses efficiently from quote to completion.
· Manage service invoicing and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
· Source and order parts while coordinating inventory activities to support efficient service delivery.
· Learn the fundamentals of our equipment to confidently discuss service needs and help identify potential issues before dispatch.
· Follow up with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to improve our service experience.
· Identify opportunities to grow our service business by promoting preventative maintenance, repairs, and additional service offerings that add value for our customers.
