PROTx is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and highly reliable Clinic Support Team (CST) Member to join our Elmsdale clinic. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the potential to transition to full-time in the future.
You’ll work closely with a very busy Physiotherapist, providing hands-on support throughout the client’s treatment journey. You’ll help keep treatments running smoothly by preparing clients, assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities, monitoring progress, and anticipating what’s needed next.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where reliability, organization, initiative, multitasking, and the ability to stay one step ahead are essential.

What You'll Do
Working under the direction of the Physiotherapist, you will:
- Assist clients with therapeutic modalities and individualized exercise programs
- Support treatment progression and providing client education
- Monitor client progress and documenting care using SOAP notes
- Assist with assessment, progress, discharge, and Return-to-Work reports as directed
- Communicate with physicians, WCB, insurers, employers, and other third parties when appropriate and client consent has been obtained
- Collaborate with the treating Physiotherapist to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality client care
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

Previous experience or education in Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Rehabilitation, Personal Training, Health Sciences, or Client Care is considered an asset.
