Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing your job well? We're a friendly, patient-focused eye care clinic looking for a reliable and experienced team member to join us — someone who wants to grow with us, not just pass through.

This is a combined role, so we're looking for someone comfortable in both the clinical and optical sides of eye care. If you've worked as an optometric assistant, an optician, or both — we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming and preparing patients for their exams (pre-testing, history, and more)
Helping patients select frames and lenses that suit their needs and lifestyle
Taking and recording accurate measurements for eyewear
Dispensing and adjusting glasses, troubleshooting fit issues
Keeping things running smoothly day-to-day alongside the rest of the team

What We're Looking For

Some experience in optometry, optical dispensing, or a related role (we're not looking for perfect — we're looking for the right person)
A warm, calm manner with patients — especially those who are nervous or need extra time
Reliability and a genuine commitment to showing up and doing good work
Comfortable learning and adapting as our clinic evolves
Licensed optician or certified optometric assistant is an asset, but not required for all candidates
