Description complète du poste

Daudet Creek Contracting is currently seeking an individual that is highly organized with a keen attention to detail. That individual would enjoy balancing changing workflows while ensuring timely delivery of accurate reporting on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be generally responsible for ensuring multiple documentation streams are maintained efficiently and accurately. Will be part of the administrative team as an active participant supporting contract management.

Your duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Provide support to Project Managers
DFA/LEM production and distribution for designated jobs
Full cycle Accounts Receivable
Aggregate manufacturing and inventory reporting
Support finance team and provide additional flexibility for vacation coverage.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years in a busy office environment in the construction industry
Ability to work well alone and in a team environment as needed
Must be able to problem solve, organize and prioritize among multiple variables and successfully manage deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with a variety of computer software and apps. Proficient using MS Office.

Preference Given for:

Functional Excel skills with formulas, graphing and pivot tables
direct experience creating and reporting DFA/LEMS, cost allocations
project management support experience

Compensation package with room to negotiate based on successful candidates’ experience. Office hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm, 6-8 hour day required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kitimat, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Construction office: 3 years (required)
creating DFAs or LEMs for projects: 3 years (required)
