We specialize in a wide range of logistics services, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Cargo Projects.

Job Duties

Build and manage loads in the LG Transportation Management System (TMS).
Verify load consolidation and maximize trailer utilization.
Consolidate loads by geographic region and carrier to minimize transportation costs.
Tender loads to carriers and warehouses in a timely manner.
Serve as the first point of contact for load tender issues and concerns.
Monitor and respond to group email inquiries in a timely manner.
Review daily transportation reports to identify opportunities for load consolidation and cost savings.
Provide administrative support and complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
Communicate and escalate carrier-related issues to the Manager as needed.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
Experience with JDA is preferred.
3PL experience is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
