The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, analytical, and excited to help build a premium consumer brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow across content, social media, email marketing, paid ads, local partnerships, events, website updates, lead generation, and campaign execution.

You will work closely with the leadership team and external marketing partners to help bring Supernatural’s story to life, drive awareness, generate leads, support membership growth, and improve the way we communicate with clients.

This is not a slow corporate marketing role. You will be close to the action, involved in real campaigns, and expected to move quickly, think creatively, and take ownership.

What You’ll DoContent & Campaigns

Help create content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, landing pages, promotions, and client education.
Write and edit copy for campaigns, service pages, one-pagers, ads, offers, and internal marketing materials.
Support the planning and execution of campaigns across aesthetics, wellness, recovery, memberships, events, and new service launches.
Help turn treatments, client stories, team expertise, and brand ideas into compelling marketing content.
Coordinate creative assets with designers, videographers, agencies, and internal team members.

Digital & Performance Marketing

Support paid campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Help track campaign performance, lead quality, booking activity, and conversion rates.
Assist with A/B testing for ads, landing pages, emails, and offers.
Monitor incoming leads and help identify opportunities to improve speed-to-lead and follow-up.
Work with the team to improve local lead generation and client acquisition.

Social Media & Brand

Help manage and grow Supernatural’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
Schedule posts, write captions, support community engagement, and identify content opportunities.
Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatment moments, team education, events, and brand experiences.
Bring forward creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, influencer partnerships, and local activations.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice that feels premium, modern, educational, and human.

Website, SEO & Analytics

Assist with website updates, landing pages, blog posts, service pages, and promotional content.
Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content updates, and local search optimization.
Monitor website traffic, engagement, form submissions, calls, booking clicks, and campaign ROI.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Prepare simple performance updates and help identify what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.

Local Growth & Partnerships

Support local marketing initiatives in Yorkville and Toronto.
Help coordinate events, brand partnerships, influencer visits, community collaborations, and member activations.
Assist with promotional campaigns, referral programs, review generation, and client retention initiatives.
Work with the clinic team to ensure marketing campaigns are properly communicated and executed in-clinic.

What You Bring

1+ years of marketing experience. Internships, freelance work, or strong personal projects count.
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong interest in wellness, longevity, aesthetics, beauty, fitness, health, or premium consumer brands.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Comfort working with spreadsheets, campaign data, and basic performance reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to take direction, move quickly, and follow through.
A good eye for content, design, brand tone, and what performs on social media.
A college or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Bonus Points For

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation.
Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram or TikTok.
Experience in wellness, aesthetics, beauty, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, or luxury retail.
Comfort using AI tools to improve content, research, reporting, and workflow.
Basic website editing experience through WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills.
