L’accueil et le service à la clientèle font partie de vos forces ? Maritime Podiatry – Dre Rivard‑Lavoie Podiatre est à la recherche d’une personne organisée, professionnelle et soucieuse du détail pour soutenir les opérations administratives quotidiennes et assurer un excellent service aux patients.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Accueillir les patients et offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel
Répondre aux appels (système multi-lignes) et gérer les courriels
Planifier, céduler et confirmer les rendez-vous
Effectuer la saisie de données et maintenir des dossiers précis
Préparer, réviser et classer divers documents administratifs
Gérer les paiements et soutenir certaines tâches de comptabilité de base (QuickBooks un atout)
Assister les professionnels au besoin
Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté de la réception et des salles de traitement
Gérer l’inventaire des fournitures de bureau

CONDITIONS DIVERSES :

Statut d’emploi : Permanent
Horaire : 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, avec une soirée au besoin
Aucune fin de semaine
Salaire : Selon l’expérience, à discuter

COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES :

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu de la santé (atout)
Diplôme d’études secondaires obligatoire
Diplôme ou certification postsecondaire (atout)
Minimum de 3 références à fournir
Vérification des antécédents judiciaires pour le secteur des personnes vulnérables
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches
Entregent et excellent service à la clientèle
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Expérience avec QuickBooks ou logiciel similaire (atout)

Are you strong in customer service and front-desk operations? Maritime Podiatry – Dre Rivard‑Lavoie Podiatre is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual to support daily administrative operations and provide excellent patient service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greet patients and provide professional customer service
Answer multi-line phone systems and manage emails
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Prepare, review, and organize administrative documents
Process payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks is an asset)
Support practitioners as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and treatment rooms
Manage office supply inventory

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Employment type: Permanent
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one evening as needed
No weekends
Salary: Based on experience, to be discussed
Professional and dynamic work environment
Training provided as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (an asset)
High school diploma required
Post-secondary education or certification (an asset)
Minimum of 3 references required
Criminal record check for the vulnerable sector required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks or similar software (an asset)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Self-motivated and proactive

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
