We are looking for an exceptional Medical Aesthetics Sales Consultant who loves people, thrives in a sales driven environment and is motivated by creating results.
This is not a traditional receptionist position.
We are looking for someone who can become a key part of the growth of our clinic by building strong relationships with clients, confidently discussing treatments and skincare, converting inquiries into bookings, following up with leads and helping clients create treatment plans that align with their goals.
You will also help manage the client experience at the front of the clinic, including scheduling, check in and checkout, client communication and keeping the day running smoothly.
The right person will be warm, polished, highly personable and naturally sales driven. You should genuinely enjoy talking to people, understanding what they are looking for and helping them make confident purchasing decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Build genuine relationships with clients and create an exceptional experience from their first interaction with Impact
- Confidently educate clients about our treatments, packages, skincare, memberships and current promotions
- Convert incoming inquiries and leads into booked consultations and treatments
- Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest but have not yet booked
- Follow up with existing clients regarding treatment plans, recommended services and future appointments
- Identify appropriate opportunities for additional treatments, packages, skincare and treatment upgrades
- Support treatment plan sales and help clients understand the options available to achieve their aesthetic goals
- Increase client rebooking, retention and average client spend
- Reactivate previous clients who have not visited the clinic recently
- Promote and sell skincare products and home care recommendations
- Support monthly clinic revenue and sales targets
- Track personal sales activity, conversions, follow ups and results
- Answer incoming calls, texts, emails and client inquiries with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, check in, checkout and payment processing
- Maintain an organized, polished and welcoming front of clinic environment
- Work closely with our nurses, aestheticians and clinic team to ensure clients receive a seamless experience
- Learn our full treatment portfolio and confidently communicate the benefits, pricing and differences between available options
- Bring forward ideas that could improve sales, client retention and clinic growth

You enjoy learning and can become highly knowledgeable about aesthetic treatments, skincare and the client journey.
Experience We Would Love to See
Previous medical aesthetics experience is an asset, but it is not required.
We are especially interested in meeting candidates who have been successful in sales focused environments such as:
- Medical aesthetics
- Luxury retail
- Cosmetic dentistry
- High end fitness or wellness memberships
- Private clubs or premium hospitality
- Commission driven retail
- Consultative or target based sales environments
A strong history of achieving sales targets, building client relationships or earning performance based compensation is highly valued.

You confidently recommend treatments, skincare and packages when they genuinely make sense for the client.

Compensation
Pay: $18.00 to $35.00 per hour
Base wage starts at $18.00 per hour, with additional commission and performance incentives.
Total hourly earnings will vary based on individual sales performance.
Commission opportunities may include treatment packages, memberships, treatment plan sales, skincare, client reactivation and other qualifying sales.
The full commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Position Details
Part time with opportunity for increased hours based on performance and clinic growth.
In person role based in downtown Oakville, Ontario.
