Build and Scale a Modern Wellness Business

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Hintonburg is seeking a full time Growth Operations Lead to help scale multiple wellness focused business divisions operating under one location.

This is not a traditional marketing position.

This is a hands on operational growth role focused on:

Membership growth
Client retention
Revenue expansion
Community outreach
Wellness operations
Sales conversion
Brand growth
Business development

You will help oversee growth initiatives across:

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness
Berry Ola Açaí and smoothies
Upcoming Cold Plunge & Recovery Services

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to help build and scale a modern wellness business into multiple locations over time.

This role requires someone highly organized, highly proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of growth initiatives across multiple business divisions.

Position Overview

You will work directly with ownership to help build systems and execute strategies designed to significantly scale the business over the next 12 to 24 months.

Responsibilities include:

Tracking leads and conversion systems
Monitoring trial to membership conversion
Implementing retention strategies
Building referral systems
Coordinating promotional campaigns
Assisting with front desk accountability
Community partnerships and outreach
Event coordination
Email, text, and call campaigns
KPI reporting and accountability tracking
Assisting with operational planning and growth systems
Reviewing operational performance and business metrics
Working alongside ownership on growth initiatives and expansion planning

Phase 1: Learning & Operational Development (First 30 Days)

The first 30 days are focused on:

Learning business systems and operations
Understanding client behavior and retention
Learning Mindbody reporting and workflows
Building KPI tracking systems
Organizing follow up systems
Developing segmented growth strategies
Understanding operational structure and reporting

After the first 30 days, performance tracking and growth targets become active.

In Studio Presence & Operational Involvement Requirement

This is not a remote position.

This role requires approximately 15 to 20 hours per week physically inside the studio environment actively participating in operations and customer interaction.

This includes:

Front desk and reception shifts (15 Hours Front Service)
Client interaction and customer experience
Understanding member behavior and retention
Assisting with Berry Ola operations (5 Hours Front Service)
Understanding cold plunge operations and servicing
Learning and utilizing the Mindbody system
Observing trial conversion and retention behavior
Participating in day to day operational flow

Additional weekly hours will be focused on:

Community outreach
Lead follow up
Calls and client communication
Partnerships and events
KPI tracking and reporting
Promotions and campaign execution
Growth strategy implementation

We believe strong growth strategy comes from direct involvement in the customer experience and operational systems of the business.

Performance & Accountability

This role is highly performance and KPI driven.

The objective of this position is measurable operational growth across memberships, retention, customer engagement, and secondary revenue streams.

This is not a position based solely on hours worked or task completion.

Performance will be evaluated based on measurable operational improvement including:

Net membership growth
Retention performance
Client engagement
Referral growth
Berry Ola operational growth
Cold plunge usage growth
KPI reporting and accountability
Operational execution and consistency

The first 30 to 60 days are considered a performance assessment and system implementation period.

This role is designed for someone who wants to help build and scale a business through execution, accountability, and measurable results.

Oxygen Yoga Responsibilities

Your objective is to help execute systems and strategies designed to increase studio memberships by an additional 300 active memberships over time.

Responsibilities include:

Trial conversion systems
Membership sales support
Client retention initiatives
Referral programs
Front desk coordination
Government employee outreach
Student campaigns
Local business partnerships
KPI reporting and tracking
Community engagement initiatives

You will be expected to track:

Lead sources
Trial attendance
Conversion rates
Cancellation trends
Retention performance
Net membership growth
Client engagement metrics

Oxygen Yoga Compensation Structure

(Net membership growth above baseline)

Below +20 net memberships/month:
No bonus

+20 net memberships/month:
$500 bonus

+30 net memberships/month:
$1,250 bonus

+40 net memberships/month:
$2,000 bonus

+50 net memberships/month:
$3,000 bonus

Bonuses are based on sustained net membership growth and healthy retention performance.

Additional quarterly retention bonuses may apply based on cancellation reduction and client engagement improvements.

Berry Ola Responsibilities

Berry Ola is a growing wellness focused açaí and smoothie brand operating within the studio.

Your objective is to help scale Berry Ola toward an average of approximately $350/day in sales while improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Improving customer experience and workflow
Increasing post class attachment sales
Launching promotions and loyalty initiatives
Assisting with Uber Eats and delivery expansion
Expanding operational days during peak season
Building local partnerships and campaigns
Improving service speed and consistency
Monitoring operational performance and growth metrics

Berry Ola Compensation Structure

Successful Uber Eats launch:
$500 bonus

Expansion to increased operational schedule:
$500 bonus

Average $350/day sales:
$750 bonus

Average $500/day sales:
$1,500 bonus

Additional performance bonuses may apply based on operational growth and profitability improvements.

Cold Plunge & Recovery Responsibilities

We are launching premium cold plunge and recovery services within the studio.

Your objective is to help grow recurring recovery revenue and increase monthly session usage through:

Recovery membership campaigns
Corporate outreach
Athlete outreach
Community partnerships
Promotional campaigns
Referral systems
Membership bundling strategies
Wellness and recovery branding initiatives

Initial operating target:
10 sessions per day at approximately $23/session.

Cold Plunge Compensation Structure

150 monthly sessions:
$250 bonus

250 monthly sessions:
$750 bonus

350 monthly sessions:
$1,500 bonus

Additional incentives may apply based on recurring recovery membership growth and operational expansion.

Compensation Structure
Base Salary

Starting at $35,000 annually plus performance based growth incentives.

Estimated Total Compensation Potential

$50,000 to $85,000+ annually based on successful operational execution and business growth.
