Job Summary

We’re looking for a great person to join our Prince Rupert E360S team! For us, personality is more important than experience. We can teach you the job - we’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, dependable, has a great phone voice, loves dealing with people and truly cares about giving our customers amazing service. And it would be a definite bonus if you LOVE Prince Rupert and our community as much as we do!

This would be a fantastic position for someone looking for part-time, flexible work with a really great group of people.

The regular shift will mainly be: Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We’d also love to find someone with a little flexibility who can pick up additional hours and help cover vacations when our full-time office staff are away.

Position Responsibilities

Answering phones and helping our customers
Light Accounts Receivable and collections
Completing our daily office close
Collecting and organizing paperwork from our drivers/operators
Helping keep the office clean and tidy
General office duties and helping wherever needed
Filling in for vacation coverage when available

Qualifications and/or Skills

Someone who is friendly. REALLY friendly. Someone who enjoys talking to people, knows how important our customers are, and understands that great customer service can be as simple as answering the phone with a happy voice and figuring out how we can help. Someone dependable, organized, positive, willing to learn and happy to be part of a team. No particular experience is required. If you’re the right person, we’ll train you!
