We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Regina team and handle key administrative functions, ensuring everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. What you’ll bring to the team

3+ years’ experience in an administrative role. Experience in a professional services environment is a bonus.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel).
Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping multiple deadlines on track.
Professionalism, initiative, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship builder who’s energized by working with people and excited about delivering tailored support by understanding the unique needs of our team and clients.
A positive attitude.

How you’ll support our professional team

Manage client assemblies, including corporate year-end packages and T1/T4/T5 package preparation and filing.
Track client payments and manage accounts receivable including write-offs and adjustments.
Play an integral role in supporting staff with day-to-day tasks that improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
Provide further support by managing shared email inboxes, being the primary contact for building and parking issues, preparing client correspondence, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
