Description complète du poste

The Assistant Financial Administrator is a permanent position. A full-time position that will assist the Financial Administrator in processing and maintaining the financial records for Taber and District Housing Foundation. Duties to include processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, assist in completing payroll processes and maintaining employee benefit and disability management programs as well as assisting in administrative duties.

As qualified candidate will have the following:

¨ Post-secondary education: Business Administration or Equivalent(or related office administrative experience)

¨ Data entry experience and understanding in A/P and A/R, with proven accuracy (SAGE accounting software would be an asset)

¨ Detail orientated, proactive and can work independently with limited supervision, prioritize tasks and operate effectively in an environment of frequent interruptions

¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate confidence in composing correspondence

Technical Skills:

¨ Maintain high level of accuracy, detailed and quality of work

¨ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and other technology tools
