Work Location: Auction House Warehouse / Customer Service Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:
*Coordinate, inspect, and process customer returns.
*Ensure all returns comply with the company's return policy.
*Answer and handle customer calls, reply to return emails, and answer return-related questions.
*Communicate directly with customers and handle disputes and complex situations appropriately.
*Communicate with the warehouse and auction team to ensure smooth processes.
Record and follow up on disputed or special return cases.
Job Requirements:
*Must hold a valid work permit (legally able to work full-time)
*Requires at least 1 year of experience in handling returns.
*Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
*Excellent communication skills, clear logic, and strong logical thinking.
*Ability to solve complex problems.
*Emotionally stable, resilient under pressure, and able to calmly handle complaints.
*Preferred candidates have experience in customer service, returns processing, auction houses, retail, or warehousing.
Working Hours & Salary:
*Salary: $20 / Hourly after probation
*Full-time
*Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
