Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Repair Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mould, and other types of damage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, including drywall repairs/finishing and trim install
- Assess damage and create scope of repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Document work completed and maintain accurate job records
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a related field
- Experience in tiling and flooring install preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements:
- Possess a valid B.C. driver’s license with a satisfactory driver abstract
- Minimum of six months of relevant industry experience
