Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Server to join our team and help provide exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Japanese-style drinks, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and following high standards of sanitation and safety. This role requires strong customer service skills, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Prior experience in food service is preferred. An interest in Japanese or Asian food culture is also considered an asset, as we aim to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, for order processing and cashiering
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling items, and providing excellent guest services
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely food delivery and service during busy periods
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling orders and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensure adherence to sanitation standards and health regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation protocols
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Experience in food handling, preparation, serving, and hospitality is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
