About the Role
We are currently hiring licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) across Canada to join our expanding virtual care team. This is a remote contractor position ideal for NPs passionate about delivering personalized care in hormone health.
To qualify, applicants must hold a current license to practice in at least one of the following provinces: Yukon(YT), Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), or Ontario (ON).
Licensure in multiple provinces (e.g., YRNA, QC, SK, MB, NL) is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care through our secure digital platform to patients across Canada.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Prescribe and manage treatments related to hormone health and wellness.
- Educate patients on therapy options and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
- Collaborate with our medical team to uphold high standards of care and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in YT, ON, AB, or BC (required).
- Licensure in additional provinces (e.g., YRNA,QC, SK, MB, NL) is a strong asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (virtual care experience is an asset).
- Experience in adult care, men’s/women’s health, or hormone therapy preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a digital/remote setting.
- Minimum availability of 20 hours/week.
