Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM/3.30PM-12:00AM

About the Opportunity:
Staffmax is currently hiring a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for our client, a leading agricultural chemical distribution company. This is an ongoing contract opportunity with consistent daytime hours, ideal for candidates seeking long-term stability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
Handle agricultural chemical products in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock rotation
Follow all workplace safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid forklift certification (required)
Previous forklift and warehouse experience (required)
Comfortable working with agricultural or chemical products (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
