Training Specialist in Sterile and Non-Sterile Compounding

We are now seeking a passionate and knowledgeable part-time consultant to join our expanding team in the Greater Toronto Area.
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – candidates must be based within the GTA.
Type of employment: Part-time consultant.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training and competency assessments for compounding staff in hospital and community pharmacy settings, in accordance with the model standards for pharmacy compounding in Canada.
- Represent QUESS 360 on site visits to support our Sales Executive team.
- Provide expert consulting services, including advice on compounding best practices, cleanroom setup, and product recommendations.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), with a focus on hazardous compounding (High-risk compounding an asset).
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring compounding staff.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and, while remaining organized and efficient under pressure, to deal with new initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
